Safiannikoffite

Name:For the Belgian engineer geologist Alexander Safiannikoff (1903-1988) , originally from Russia, who was engaged in Compagnie Miniere Congolaise des Grand Lacs in Kamituga, Zaire, for more than 30 years, and he was the very first to discover the pebbles of rankamaite in Mumba, North of the Kivu lake, Zaire ( von Knorring et al.1969).
