Name:
Named for the type locality Canyon (Nahal) Darga.
The F-deficient Ba analogue of nabimusaite. Chemically similar to gazeevite and wenkite.

Spatially related (coexisting) with nabimusaite and gazeevite.

Holotype specimen assemblage: larnite, fluorellestaditefluorapatite, brownmillerite, fluormayenitefluorkyuygenite, ye'elimite; also ternesite, shulamitite and periclase.

Formed via interaction of former pyrometamorphic assemblages with hot gases, fluids and melts, at ~900°C.
