Synonym of:Hydroxylapatite


An unnessary varietal name of Apatite-(CaOH) containing some Fluorine but less than the OH content.

Hydroxylian fluorapatite and fluorian hydroxylapatite, often with some CO3 content, constitute the majority of the crystallized apatites and the massive apatite rocks.
