Locality: Gouverneur Talc Company No. 4 Quarry (Valentine deposit; Valentine property), Harrisville, Diana Township, Lewis Co., New York, USA

Gemmy crystals of purple, manganese-rich hexagonite. There is one large crystal 9 mm long in the center of the specimen. Mounted in acrylic Perky display box for protection. Overall size of mineral specimen: 25x20x15 mm. Size of individual crystals: 2-9 mm.
