Locality: Hiddenite, Alexander Co., North Carolina, USA

Several connected parallel schorl tourmaline crystals. Though the crystals are heavily etched the termination faces are still visible. Ex. A. Stevenson collection #95. Overall size of mineral specimen: 2x2x1.5 cm. Size of individual crystals: 2 cm.
