Rynersonite, Albite (Var: Cleavelandite)

Locality: Herrebøkasa, Aspedammen, Idd, Halden, Østfold, Norway

A 4 mm aggregate of globular, orangebrown rynersonite from the Herrebøkasa pegmatite in southern Norway. Most of the many interesting minerals from the locality have been found in clevelandite. The specimen was collected by Atle Michalsen on May 2005. It was photographed by and is in the micromount collection of OT. Ljostad.
