7.3 x 7.3 x 4.1 cm. An OLD-TIME and showy, two-sided specimen from the famous Copper Queen Mine at Bisbee, Arizona. A 2.4 cm, pastel-pink to off-white aragonite "ball" is aesthetically perched atop diverging, flower-like sprays of lenticular to ball-like calcite crystals, which vary between pastel-pink, off-white to cream-colored. Aragonite is also scattered on the lower portion of this classic Bisbee calcite. Easily around a 100 years old or older and with very little damage. Ex. New York State Museum and George Elling Collections.
