Locality: Luc Yen, Yenbai Province (Yen Bai Province), Vietnam

2.1 x 1.0 x 0.9 cm. An aesthetic and superb, floater, thumbnail cluster of gemmy and lustrous, pigeon’s blood-red ruby crystals from recent finds at Luc Yen, Vietnam. This is THE classic color for ruby crystals. Ex. Steve Smale Collection.
