Locality: Dashkesan (Dashkezan) Co-Fe deposit, Dashkesan, Daşkəsən (Daskasan; Dashkyasan) District, Azerbaijan

Lustrous black magnetite crystal 16 mm across on matrix. The crystal shows dominant cubic faces with octahedral and dodecahedral modifications. Two opposite dodecahedral faces have irregular growth hillocks (natural). Unusual. Ex. Al Sebela collection. Overall size of mineral specimen: 4.5x3.5x1.5 cm. Size of individual crystals: 16 mm.
