Azoproite, Forsterite, Spinel, Calcite

Locality: Tazheranskii Massif, Lake Baikal area, Irkutskaya Oblast', Prebaikalia (Pribaikal'e), Eastern-Siberian Region, Russia

7 mm long prismatic crystal of black Azoproite from the type locality. Associating minerals are white Calcite, yellowish Fe-free Forsterite and colourless Spinel. Collected by author - Aleksei A. Konev in 1985. Pavel M. Kartashov collection and photo.
