Locality: Centennial Eureka Mine (Blue Rock), Tintic District, East Tintic Mts, Juab Co., Utah, USA
Light green barrel shaped dugganite crystals. Crystal size 0.7mm x 0.3mm. I collected this specimen in 9-98. Brent Thorne specimen and photograph.
