Nevskite, Chalcopyrite

Locality: Falun mine, Falun, Dalarna, Sweden
Metallic-white silvery small plates of nevskite. Its flakes form agregates similar to cobbles road into subparallel hair-thin fissures in dark quartz. Empirical formula of this nevskite is (Bi.92Cu.06Pb.04)1.02(Se.65S.33)0.98. This is the first find of nevskite on the locality. FOV is ~4x3 mm. Collected by Ulf Nyberg. Pavel M.
