Polished section of an ore sample from the Unterer Rosa Stollen (Lower Rosa adit). 'Blaubleibender covellite' (in the center, bluish colour) consisting of Spionkopite (EMPA) is surrounded by bornite (yellowish, atypical colour. It has the appearance of chalkopyrite but is also analyzed by EPMA)). Some goethite is also present (greyish). Width of image approx 1.7 mm, polarized light.
