Locality: Dallas Gem Mine (Benitoite Mine; Benitoite Gem Mine; Gem Mine), Dallas Gem Mine area, San Benito River headwaters area, New Idria District, Diablo Range, San Benito Co., California, USA

This is a specimen which has numerous crystals of jonesite as singles. Associated minerals include neptunite and joaquinite. The crystal pictured here is 3.5 mm which is MONSTEROUS for the species!
