Locality: Campbell Mine (Campbell shaft), Bisbee, Warren District, Mule Mts, Cochise Co., Arizona, USA
1300' level. Found 1947 by miner Angel Salas, then traded to Bisbee barber Esker Mayberry (for haircuts for life!). Now in the Rice NW Museum of Rocks and Minerals.
