A pristine, gem crystal of sphalerite from the ZCA mine in Balmat, New York. This crystal is a very, very pale yellow. The closest to colorless (var. cleiophane) I've seen from this locale - or any locale (outside of the curious material from Franklin, NJ) for that matter. Approx. 2cm
