Pieces of pegmatite from the Dripps Road garnet occurance, Middletown CT.
I found these Feb 21, 2008. Green fluorescent hyalite or other mineral showing in SW ultraviolet light. Composed cheifly of feldspar, quartz, spessartite-almandine garnet.
