Locality: Newington, Hartford Co., Connecticut, USA
3"x3" piece of baryte showing blade like xls. This was collected by Fred Schuster April 2008 in a just completed housing development west and off of Fenn Rd., Newington CT. This came from one of the Quartz Carbonate Baryte veins which are numerous in the region.
