18x17 mm section of isometric crystal of purplish-red kapustinite from the type locality. Mineral covered by white powder of new-formed thermonatrite, which appear during reaction of the kapustinite with carbon dioxyde from air. Associating minerals are large orange grain of eudialyte group mineral (not identified yet), red manganoneptunite (group small grains on the top of the specimen), violet ussingite, light-green microcline, black aegirine.
