Two micronuggets of isoferroplatinum 112.3 mg (left) and 72.4 mg (right). The mineral is very weak magnetic. Note its specific light silvery colour very different from nickel-like tulameenites from the same placer. Composition of the specimens are (Pt3.04Rh.11)3.15(Fe.58Cu.25Ni.02)0.85 (left) and Pt2.97Fe1.03 (right). Both specimens have imprints of octahedral chromspinelide crystals. FOV is ~10x7 mm. Pavel M.
