FOV=1.7 cm. The matrix for this specimen consists of impure Fe oxides in colors ranging through brick red, brown, yellow, and vivid orange. The colorless mineral yields pure Ca by SEM/EDS and is either calcite or aragonite. The green mineral analyzes as about 50-50 olivenite-adamite. Its color and crystal habit are very uniform across the specimen and it may be zincolivenite. The specimen is also rich in azurite, depicted in a second series (see parent photo 170324).
