Locality: Copper Queen Mine (Halero Mine), Queen Hill, Bisbee, Warren District, Mule Mts, Cochise Co., Arizona, USA
This big piece of 4x6x3 inch limonite matrix is completely covered on all sides with capillary hair-like crystals of the variety of cuprite called chalcotrichite. A classic beauty from the Copper Queen Mine acquired in 1958. In the Charles Creekmur collection.
