Locality: Weehawken, Bergen Hill, Hudson Co., New Jersey, USA

Vein 2.5 cm wide filled with white pectolite. The pectolite grew against anhydrite (now dissolved away) forming flat, stepped shape. From the collection Geo. F. Kunz assembled for the NY State Museum. Has Kunz label plus (K) mark on specimen. Ex. Geo. F. Kunz. Overall size of mineral specimen: 4x3x3 cm. Size of individual crystals: 1 cm.
