Locality: Jarilla Mountains, Orogrande, Orogrande District, Otero Co., New Mexico, USA
A 1 inch crystal of orthoclase twinned according to the Carlsbad law. It sits in a matrix of granodiorite 2x2 1/2 inches. From the outcrop about 400 yards west of the Lincoln Mine, Orogrande, New Mexico. Collected in 1960 and in the collection of Charles Creekmur.
