Locality: Sweetwater Mine (Milliken Mine; Frank R. Milliken; Blair Creek; Ozark Lead Company Mine; Adair Creek; Logan Creek), Ellington, Viburnum Trend District, Reynolds Co., Missouri, USA

Very aesthetic formation of interconnected cubic galena crystals with a few scattered red sphalerite crystals. The galena crystals are good metallic luster. Overall size of mineral specimen: 9x6x5 cm. Size of individual crystals: 8-45 mm.
