Locality: Gold Hill Mine (Western Utah Mine), Gold Hill, Gold Hill District (Clifton District), Deep Creek Mts, Tooele Co., Utah, USA
Copiapite on gypsum. Associated minerals are melanterite, scorodite, and pyrite.
Field of view, 1mm x 1mm. I collected this specimen from the 125' level of the Gold Hill Mine. Brent Thorne specimen and photograph.
