Strunzite

Locality: Foote Lithium Co. Mine (Foote Mine), Kings Mountain District, Cleveland Co., North Carolina, USA

This may possibly be the Aluminum-analouge of strunzite. Several specimens have been found on the dumps that are extremely pale white, light-sensitive (as are kastningite and mangangordonite), and are found with other aluminum-rich species. Spray is about 1.5mm. Self-collected. JBS specimen and photo.
