A large tetrahedron of reddish-brown helvite; a rough crystal that was found on top of a boulder where another collector had apparently left it (and several other fine helvites!); from west of Glens Peak, Boise County, Idaho. Size 3.4 x 3.2 x 3.0 cm.; perhaps the largest helvite crystal ever found in North America.
