Locality: Green Monster Mountain, Prince of Wales Island, Prince of Wales-Outer Ketchikan Borough, Alaska, USA
Single crystal of dark green epidote with many complex crystal faces. This specimen was illustrated in the CD-ROM the Photographic Guide to Mineral Species (Excalibur) and from the co-author's private collection. Ex. Dr. Weissman collection #27. Overall size of mineral specimen: 4x2.5x2.5 cm. Size of individual crystals: 4 cm.
