Locality: Pegmatite No. 45, Lepkhe-Nel'm Mt. (Lepkhe-Nelm Mt.), Seidozero Lake, Lovozero Massif, Kola Peninsula, Murmanskaja Oblast', Northern Region, Russia
3x2.5 cm rosette of Tainiolite from block zone of pegmatite #45. Associating mineral is beige porcelaneous Carbonatapatite. Selfcollected in July of 1994. Pavel M. Kartashov collection and photo.
