Locality: 1st Sovetskii Mine (1st Sovietskiy Mine; 1st Sovietski Mine), Dal'negorsk (Dalnegorsk; Tetyukhe; Tjetjuche; Tetjuche), Kavalerovo Mining District, Primorskiy Kray, Far-Eastern Region, Russia

Brilliant ilvaite crystals up to 13 mm on dipyramidal quartz crystals up to 10 mm. No damage. Overall size of mineral specimen: 32x28x15 mm. Size of individual crystals: 4-13 mm.
