Locality: Glens Peak prospects, Glens Peak area, Elmore Co., Idaho, USA
A "pod" of deep blue aquamarine in "ordinary" granite. Such occurences are fairly common in the Sawtooth Batholith, especially in certain areas. This was between Little Spangle Lake and Camp Lake; photo taken in 1982.
