Ilmenite, Quartz, Hematite, Rutile, Anatase, Clinochlore

Locality: Schorl and Ilmenite occurrence, Highway 5 extension, Chelsea, Les Collines-de-l'Outaouais RCM, Outaouais, Québec, Canada

ALTERED ilmenite crystals to 8 mm on quartz crystals, with clinochlore ps. after mica. The ilmenite pseudomorph is most likely the typical rutile, anatase, hematite mixture. Prep: Calcite removed with HCl.
