Locality: Cromford, Derbyshire, England, UK

An excellent, thin pale-yellow plate exhibiting the typical square shape and beveled corners of the species. The crystal plate is 1.8 cm in length, and is from the John C. White collection. Specimens like this, from the type locale for the species, are extremely rare. Robert Meyer specimen and photograph.
