Locality: Pomba pit, Serra das Éguas, Brumado (Bom Jesus dos Meiras), Bahia, Brazil

Large dark green uvite tourmaline crystal with smaller intersecting uvites. The angle of intersection this is hard to photograph - must be seen in person. The uvite crystals are flattened along the c-axis resulting in only termination r-faces {1011}. Overall size of mineral specimen: 25x18x15 mm. Size of individual crystals: 5-15 mm.
