Locality: Kenticha mine, Kenticha pegmatite field, Sidamo-Borana Province, Ethiopia

A gorgeous specimen with amazing color contrast, from new finds in Ethiopia. There is a natural partial crack through the crystal, yes, but it is not repaired. The matrix of albite and quartz on the back is sturdy and the piece sits upright on its own as shown. 11 x 8.8 x 3.4
