Ulexite

Ulexite

Ulexite. A knobby mass of intergrown fibrous micro crystals. Countless tons of this material have been mined at Boron, and placed on the borate dumps for long term storage. Few collectors ever collected this material and had the patience to clean the mud off the specimens. Scale at bottom of image is an inch with a rule at one cm.
