Beryl, Albite

Locality: El Mesquite, Mun. de Tecáte, Baja California (Baja California Norte; BC Norte), Mexico

Beryl, greenish yellow. J Scripps collection (1973). Scale at bottom of image is an inch with a rule at one cm. I think it was from this and similar specimens that Josephine Scripps brought back from Baja California that John Sinkankas described the locality.
