Locality: Green's Farm locality (Roxbury Garnet Mine; Garnet Hill), Southbury, New Haven Co., Connecticut, USA
Two intergrown almandine garnet crystals that look like a single crystal plus another crystal adjacent in schist matrix.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 7x3x3 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 17-20 mm.
