The site of the Odin lead mine showing striking autumn colours. The Cave itself bears no minerals as most were removed in the late 70's, i can remember seeing a large mass of "Blue John" just inside the entrance back then. The actual mine is in the narrow gorge to the right of the cave. The minerals i have found here, (usually after heavy rain) came from dumps close by, some of which are hidden under bracken. Picture taken on 30/10/2009.
