Locality: Quiruvilca Mine (La Libertad Mine; ASARCO Mine), Quiruvilca District, Santiago de Chuco Province, La Libertad Department, Peru

Grey metallic striated enargite crystals to 10 mm long mixed with brassy metallic pyrite crystals to 5 mm. Ex. R. Bates Collection #756.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 3x2x1 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 3-10 mm.
