Locality: Laytonville Quarry ("Longvale"; "Longvale Quarry"), Laytonville, Coastal Range, Mendocino Co., California, USA

The abandoned quarry is situated on the side of Highway 101. I collected a.o. deerite, howieite, lawsonite and glaucophane on July 7th 2010, during a trip with my family to the SW of the USA.
