A BIG, lustrous and mostly complete crystal of the rare-earth mineral bastnasite (the Cerium variety) from the recent finds in Pakistan that set a new standard for the species. The crystal is gemmy, with a fine coffee color. As is the case with the vast majority of these due to movement and jumbling in the pockets, there is some minor edge wear over about half the faces, but it still shows a very good display face from the frontal angle and is quite an impressive crystal! 2.0 x 1.6 x 1.4 cm
