Locality: Sweetwater Mine (Milliken Mine; Frank R. Milliken; Blair Creek; Ozark Lead Company Mine; Adair Creek; Logan Creek), Ellington, Viburnum Trend District, Reynolds Co., Missouri, USA

9.0 x 7.5 x 5.8 cm. Lustrous, translucent, amber calcite crystals are set on the mounded specimen. Most of the calcites are doubly terminated, including the largest, at 4.0 cm. Intergrown clusters of very sharp, moderately lustrous, cuboctahedral galena crystals are scattered on the front, and are concentrated on one side and the crest of this older specimen. Ex.
