Serrote Redondo, Pedra Lavrada, Borborema mineral province, ParaĆba, Brazil
Two well formed lustrous 13 mm almandine garnet crystals exposed in the center of a quartz nodule from an unusual alluvial deposit. Overall size of mineral specimen: 6x4.5x4 cm. Size of individual crystals: 12-13 mm.
