Locality: Špania Dolina (Herrengrund), Banská Bystrica Co., Banská Bystrica Region, Slovakia

Crust of lustrous black dolomite crystals on skarn-like matrix. From the well known Lechner collection (Austrian), see article in Min. rec., Nov.-Dec., 1991, pp. 433-438. Ex. Lechner collection #3525 (ca. 1900, Austria). Overall size of mineral specimen: 8x6x3 cm. Size of individual crystals: 2-4 mm.
