Epidote on Adularia ( 19cm x 11,7cm x 4,2cm)
Mario Pauwels collection , F. Van Mieghem photo.

Large and very impressive floater of multiple parralel grown Epidotes with a significant presence of Adularia who is grown straight through the Epidotes. The olive-brown Epidote has a strong luster and the front and the backside of the specimen are almost identical and have the same great aesthetics. Size is not important because quality prevails, but for the species Epidote, is this specimen for the large size, for the paragnese and for outstanding overall aesthetics an important specimen. The specimen was found in the late spring of 2009, and this picture has also been featured in the book "Nature's Garden of Crystals" on page 117.
