Epidote, K Feldspar (Var: Adularia)

Large and very impressive floater of multiple parralel grown Epidotes with a significant presence of Adularia who is grown straight through the Epidotes. The olive-brown Epidote has a strong luster and the front and the backside of the specimen have the same great aësthetics. For the species is this an important specimen. Ths specimen was found in the late spring of 2009, and this picture has also been featured in the book "Nature's Garden of Crystals" on page 117.
