Locality: San Sebastian Mine, Charcas, Mun. de Charcas, San Luis Potosí, Mexico
Flawless crystal of water-clear danburite 4.5 cm long partially overgrown with 2-4 mm colorless scalenohedral calcite crystals. The clarity of the danburite and refractive index make it difficult to illustrate the clarity. No damage. Overall size of mineral specimen: 5x4x2.5 cm. Size of individual crystals: 4.5 cm.
