Locality: Webster prospects (Sanford vesuvianite locality; Goodall Farm prospect; Webster vesuvianite prospect), Sanford, York Co., Maine, USA
Lustrous brownish-green terminated crystals of vesuvianite to 20 mm long with partial 3 mm red grossular garnet. One crystal shows fracturing in place during metamorphization. Back is sawn flat. Personally collected. Overall size of mineral specimen: 5x3x1 cm. Size of individual crystals: 5020 mm.
