Locality: Pianu de Sus (Oláhpián; Felsőpián), Alba Co., Romania

Dark reddish grey rounded crystals from a placer of the Pianu [Pián] Creek, which is the type locality of "nigrine". Size of the largest grains: 5 mm. Collection of Herman Ottó Museum, Miskolc, Hungary (catalogue No. 12116).
